Hi, I'm Jess.
I am an RN who started making content on the side and ended up building the websites, systems, and campaigns behind the brands I was creating for.
I spent years in nursing. Long shifts, a lot of explaining complicated things to people who were scared, and no patience left for marketing that talks down to people.
I started posting about my own health, weight loss, and GLP-1 experience because nobody was telling the truth about it. That turned into an audience, then into brand work, then into a business.
Along the way I got tired of waiting on other people to build the tools I needed, so I learned to build them. Now I build them for other people too.
I have 3 kids, a house where several of us have ADHD, and a real understanding of why "just be consistent" is useless advice. What I build has to work for people who are already out of time.
