AI Automations
The parts of your business that are eating your week
I build AI systems that handle the repetitive work: intake, tracking, reporting, content prep. Real tools that run on their own, not another subscription you forget to cancel.
The part of your week you dread
- You copy information between 4 different apps by hand every week.
- Leads sit in your inbox because nobody has time to log them.
- You've tried AI tools but they created more work, not less.
What you get handed at the end
- A written map of what is worth automating first
- Working automations, not a strategy deck
- Plain-language documentation so your team can use it
- A walkthrough call so nothing is a black box

Work like this

Influencer affiliate tracker
Telehealth brandCreators submit a link, the system pulls a clean copy of the video, files it, and logs it. Manual work went to zero.

Content command center
My own systemAnalytics, planning, and drafting for 3 brands in one dashboard. Agents do the reporting I used to do by hand.

Reel production engine
My own systemTakes apart a reel that performed, then builds an original one on the same structure. Script to rendered video.

Family operations assistant
My own systemMeals, schedules, and reminders for a house with 3 kids. Sends a briefing every morning at 7.
What people ask before we start
- Do I need to understand AI for this to work?
- No. That's the point. You tell me what takes too long, I build the thing that does it, and I show you how to use it in plain language.
- What tools do you build with?
- Whatever fits. Often Claude, Python, and the apps you already pay for. I do not force you onto a platform that charges per seat.
- What if it breaks?
- Every build includes 2 weeks of fixes. After that the care plan covers it, or you can call me when something changes.
- Can you automate my content?
- Yes, and that's a common one. Research, drafting, scheduling, and reporting can all be automated. What you say on camera still has to be you.
